Step 7: Bugle Bead Foundation Earrings
The top section of the earring is beaded next.
Step 7: String a single white seed bead on the needle and thread. Run the needle under the top thread loops between the first two bugle beads in the foundation row, from back to front. Now go back up through the white seed bead you just added.
The seed bead should lie flat on top of the bugle beads.
